Exchanges/Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item for the same price, send us an email at info@eljirehbeautysupplies.com To ship it back to us, send it at Po Box 2411 Kernersville, 27284, NC. You will be responsible to pay for your shipping cost and it is not refundable. Depending on where you live, the exchange item might take time to reach you. If you are shipping an item over $25, consider using a trackable service or purchase insurance because we don't guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
